NUEVO LAREDO, Tamaulipas .- Tamaulipas Institute for Culture and the Arts (ITCA) held in Nuevo Laredo, on Saturday 14 May, the Urban Art Regional Meeting, a meeting of developers and exponents of the various artistic fields whose purpose is to exchange experiences in the task of urban art that develops in the states of Chihuahua, Coahuila, Durango, Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas and Mexico City.
